The FA and The Duke Of Cambridge’s Charity Heads Together have teamed up to create a season long campaign called #HeadsUp to generate the biggest conversation around Mental Health.
On May 15th, the #HeadsUp campaign was announced with a trailer video and a press conference at Wembley Stadium where The Duke of Cambridge, FA Chief Executive Martin Glenn and Mind Chief Executive Paul Farmer discussed the campaigns intention. #HeadsUp is closely aligned to FC Not Alone’s vision as it will harness the influence and power of football to show the world that mental fitness is just as important as physical fitness.
FC Not Alone had the pleasure of featuring in the campaign trailer video and we are looking forward to seeing this campaign develop over the course of the 19/20 football season. It was an absolute honour for us to meet both Gareth Southgate and The Duke Of Cambridge during this whole process. This campaign will is a huge development in reducing the stigma of mental health and to have royal support shows just how far the conversation of mental health has developed over the years.
